JiJi Self Service Password Reset Suite supports to integrate logon agent with Outlook Web Access client, more often, the remote users will not have a fair chance to access a terminal connected to their corporate environment. However they may use their domain accounts in Outlook Web Access to check their email. To offer them the password reset as a self-service, password reset suite provides a OWA logon agent to reset/change their domain password. Refer the figure below to notice the self-service capabilities embedded in it.
Once the OWA agent is installed, all the OWA users can view the above customized login page. From here the users can enroll/change password/reset password.
